Obituary for Rebecca Ann Hoyt
Rebecca Ann Hoyt, 62, of Clearfield, passed early Wednesday morning August 1, 2018 at Pine Crest Manor Nursing Home in St. Marys, after a lengthy illness.
Born May 24, 1956 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of William Robert and Mary Rosalia (Beck) Hoyt. Ms. Hoyt had been employed by the former Kent’s Sportswear and had been a CNA for Colonial Courtyard, Clear Care and private duty. She was Roman Catholic by Faith.
She is survived by a son Sean Allan Hoyt of Clearfield, three grandchildren Serenity, Mason and Mila, 3 sisters and 2 brothers. Karen Ramey of North Carolina, Elaine McEwen of New Castle, William Hoyt Jr. and wife Brenda of Ephrata, Beth Hipps and husband Jeff of Curwensville and Daniel Hoyt and wife Des of Luthersburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral Services for Rebecca Hoyt will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Saturday August 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Father Stephen Collins officiating. Interment will be in the St. Bonaventure Cemetery in Grampian.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday August 3 from 5 to 8 PM, and again on Saturday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM
The family suggests contributions be made to the Hahne Cancer Center 100 Hospital Avenue DuBois, PA 15801.
