Obituary for Ann Marie Dotts
Ann Marie Dotts, 90, of Clearfield, passed away Saturday May 30, 2009 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born May 4, 1919 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Clarence and Mary (Beahan) Mitchell. Mrs. Dotts was a homemaker and was a member of St, Francis Roman Catholic Church in Clearfield where she was a member of the Altar and Rosary Society.

On October 28, 1941 she wed Droze A. Dotts who preceded her in death on February 6, 1991. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a sister Louise Philbin, and 2 brothers Tom and John Mitchell. She was the last member of her generation.

Surviving is a stepson Bob Dotts of Clearfield and 2 stepdaughters Jean Reisinger of Clearfield and Joyce Kyler of Kernville, CA. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, three great great grandchildren and seven nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Dotts, will be celebrated at St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Clearfield on Wednesday June 3, 2009 at 10:00 AM, with Msgr. Henry Krebs as Celebrant. Interment will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Clearfield.

There will be no public visitation.

The family suggests contributions be made to either the St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund 230 S. Second Street, Clearfield, PA, the Clearfield Foundation for Health – Hospice P.O. Box 992 Clearfield, PA, or the charity of the donor’s choice.
