Obituary for Anna Elizabeth Rumsky
Anna Elizabeth Rumsky, 79, of Glen Richey, passed away early Saturday Morning, October 13, 2012 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born October 3, 1933 in Glen Richey, she was the daughter of Frank W. and Helen (Kusack) Rumsky. Ms. Rumsky was retired from the Clearfield K-Mart and prior to that had worked for Acme Markets of Clearfield for 28 years and also the Clearfield County Department of Public Assistance. She was a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville.
Surviving is a sister Pearl Rumsky of Glen Richey, a brother John C. Rumsky of Clearfield, a special niece Joanne Kephart who was like a sister to her and numerous other nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and infant sister Annie Rumsky, sisters Delphine “Della” Rumsky, Kathryn “Mini” Kuzniar, and Mary Kephart and brothers Francis and Joseph Rumsky.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church Walnut Street Curwensville on Tuesday October 16, 2012 at 10:00 AM, with the Reverend Father Brandon Kleckner as Celebrant. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park in Hyde.
Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Monday October 15, 2012 from 7 to 9 PM, and Tuesday from 9 until 9:30 AM, when the procession will depart for the church.
The Rosary will be recited by members of St. Timothy Altar and Rosary Society Monday evening at 7 PM.
The family suggests contributions be made to either the Orphans of the Storm, St. Timothy Church Memorial Fund, or the St. Francis Educational Endowment Fund.
