Obituary for Bonnie L. Puit
Bonnie L. Puit, 63, of Bloomington, Curwensville RD, passed away Monday January 28, 2013 at her residence.
 
Born April 7, 1949 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Woodrow Wilson and Dorothy L. (Hunt) Coder.  Bonnie was a homemaker and a member of the Kellytown Union Church. 
 
On March 17, 1968 in the Oak Ridge Union Church she wed William “Bill” Puit who survives along with 3 children: Dottie Shawley and William Puit Jr. and wife Jennifer both of Curwensville and Jim Puit and wife Dawn of Clearfield.
 
Also surviving are 9 grandchildren Jesse Puit, Dan Maines, Danny Hubler, Bonnie Shawley, Allen Puit, Devan Kerin, Cheyenne Kerin, Jimmy Shawley and Josh Puit, 2 great grandchildren Zayne and Bruce Dunsmore, 6 sisters and a brother: Betty Walters and husband Walter of New Jersey, Deloris Erhart of Levittown, Norma Desmitt and husband Robert of McCartney, Dorothy Hamm and husband Harry of Madera, Robert Coder and Shirley Cutler and husband Fred both of Hyde, and Joyce Cartwright and husband Dan of Woodland.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents and 2 brothers Fred and Edward Coder.
 
Funeral Services for Mrs. Puit will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Thursday January 31, 2013 at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Robert Witherow officiating.  Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park in Hyde, PA.
 
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday January 30 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 PM, and Thursday from 10 AM until time of services.
 
The family suggests contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
