Charles James “Charlie” Dotts
Clearfield: Charles James “Charlie” Dotts, 56, of Clearfield passed away Wednesday July 8, 2026
Born December 7, 1969 in Clearfield he was the son of Milford C. and Donna (Phillips) Dotts. He was a graduate of Curwensville Area High School. He had been employed for over 30 years at Marathon Equipment/ Forum Energy Technologies.
Charlie loved listening to music and finding new places to eat out. He was a member of the Old Town Sportsman’s Association.
He is survived by five brothers and sisters: Joseph “Joe” Dotts Sr. (Carol) of Olanta, PA, Evan Dotts, Brenda Robinson (Jeff), Richard Dotts (Jodi), and Tammy McGarvey all of Florida. And numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew Joseph Dotts Jr.
Funeral Services for Mr. Dotts will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Tuesday July 14, 2026 12 Noon with Pastor Steve Shields officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomington Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received at the Funeral Home on Tuesday July 14, 2026 from 10 AM till the time of services at 12 Noon.
