Obituary for Charles Ronald Reese
Charles Ronald Reese, 83, of Clearfield, passed away Tuesday November 8, 2016 at Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born October 5, 1933 in State College, PA, he was the son of James and Kathryn (Coder) Reese. Mr. Reese was retired from Penelec/First Energy as a supervisor. He is a member of the Clearfield B.P.O.E Lodge #540.
On February 2, 1957, he wed the former Monica M. “Mona” Boscaino who survives along with a daughter Donna J. Reese of Clearfield. Also surviving are three grandchildren Rachael Norris and husband Dan, Sarah Evans and husband Eric and Emily Reid and husband Joshua, seven great grandchildren Benjamin, Thomas, Hannah, Dakota, Lydia, Grady and Cooper, as well as two sisters Lucille Struble of Aaronsburg and Jena Reese of Florida.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother James Reese and a sister Barbara Peterson.
Funeral Services for Charles Reese will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield on Saturday November 12, 2016 at 11:00 AM with Msgr Henry Krebs officiating.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday November 11 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Saturday from 10:00 AM until time of services at 11:00 AM
The family suggests contributions be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
