Christine Prazinko
DuBois: Christine Prazinko 97 of Curwensville passed away Saturday September 21, 2024 at Penn Highlands DuBois.
Born February 9, 1927 in Casamassima, Italy she was the daughter of Michael and Rose (Massaro) Catalano. She was a 1945 graduate of Curwensville Area High School. She retired from Clearfield Cheese factory in Curwensville after 30 years of service.
She is survived by two sons Robert L. “Bob” Cutler (Fran), and Frederick “Fred” Cutler all of Curwensville. Two grandchildren Robert L. “Bobby” Cutler (Zhanna) of Clearfield and Christina Maria Fleischer (Rick) of Ellwood City. Two great grandchildren Sarah and Jacob Cutler of Clearfield.
She was the last member of her generation.
She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren very much. She also enjoyed her small pet dogs.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband George Cutler, her second husband Louis “Louie” Prazinko, and her third husband Clarence Stephenson. Brothers Roy, Angelo, and Martin Catalano. And a sister Annette Hudson.
Mass of Christian Burial will be said at St. Timothy’s Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville on Thursday September 26, 2024 at 10:30 AM with Rev. Father Stephen Collins as celebrant. Interment will follow in Crown Crest Cemetery.
Family and friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Wednesday September 25, 2024 from 6-8 PM and on Thursday from 9:30 to 10 AM.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Clearfield County SPCA 275 21st St. Clearfield, PA 16830.
