Cynthia A. Harzinski
Madera: Cynthia Ann Harzinski, 50, of Madera, passed away Thursday December 8, 2022 at Penn Highlands Hospital – DuBois.
Born March 13, 1972 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Robert W. Passmore Sr. and Connie (Lockett) Passmore. Mrs. Harzinski had been employed by the Windy Hill Village of Philipsburg in the Custodial Department. She was a member of the Kellytown Union Church of Olanta.
In 2000 in Houtzdale, she wed Joseph L. Harzinski Sr., who survives, along with her father and stepmother Dorothy (Welch) Passmore of Olanta, her mother of Kellytown, two children: Rae Harley Passmore and her significant other Avery Hull of Grampian, Jarret Harzinski at home; and two grandchildren Aelyn and Landon Hull.
Also surviving are seven siblings: Sharon Rainey and husband Scott and Bobbie Jo Kear and husband Forrest both of Carnwath, Robert Wayne Passmore Jr. of Coalport, Carol Jarvis and husband Brian of Clearfield, Shawn Michael Oshenic of Kellytown, Permella McCloskey and husband Jason of Howard, and Doris Ann Knepp and husband Jerry of Woodland, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her son Joseph L. Harzinski Jr.
Funeral services for Cynthia Harzinski, will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Tuesday December 13, 2022 at 1:00 PM, with Pastor Robert Witherow officiating. Interment will be in the Mt Zion Cemetery of Olanta.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday December 12. 2022 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and 6:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday from 11:00 AM until time of services at 1:00 PM.
