Dennis E. “Denny” Borger
Curwensville: Dennis E. “Denny” Borger 77, of Curwensville passed away Wednesday November 20, 2024.
Born January 25, 1947 in Clearfield he was the son of Kenneth and Evelyn (Howell) Borger. He was a 1964 graduate of Curwensville Area High School. He received a Bachelors Degree from Duff’s Business College in Pittsburgh. Denny had worked for Pennsylvania Electric Co./Penelec, Lezzer Lumber Co. and also was a Notary Public.
He was a member and past Fire Chief of Rescue Hose and Ladder Co, Central Districts Volunteer Fireman’s Association, Free and Accepted Masons Lodge #480, and Coudersport Scottish Rite Consistory, 32nd Degree Loyal Order of Moose. He was also affiliated with the Curwensville United Methodist Church.
He is survived by a sister-in-law Paulette Borger.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Dr. Ronald K. Borger.
At the request of Mr. Borger there will be no services. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Cemetery.
