Obituary for Elizabeth Nancy Cole
Elizabeth Nancy Cole, 85, of Clearfield passed away Saturday April 9, 2016 at Mt. Laurel Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield.
Born February 13, 1931 in Woodland, PA, she was the daughter of William Henry and Sue Justice (Maines) Smeal. Mrs. Cole had worked at the former Airplane/Marine in Hyde, the former Ames Department Store, Clearfield Hospital, had been a private duty caregiver, and was retired from Grice’s Gun Shop in Clearfield. She was affiliated with the Church of Christ Faith.

On February 6, 1950 in Croft, she wed Delvin L. Cole who survives along with 2 daughters Susan A. Carfley Yacabucci and husband Joe and Deborah S. Bunnell and husband Ronald both of Clearfield, 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a grandson Steven A. Carfley, a great granddaughter Paige Carfley and 2 sisters Esther Ireland and Catherine Miller.

There will be no public visitation and a Memorial Service will be conducted at a later date.
