Curwensville: Ethel J. McLaughlin 87 of Curwensville formerly of Clearfield passed away Saturday December 23, 2023 at Ridgeview Elder Care.
Born October 16, 1936 in Clearfield she was the daughter of Marian and Oleta (Smith) Williams. She was a 1954 Graduate of Clearfield Area High School. She worked at Kurtz Brothers and retired as a school teacher/aide from Clearfield Area School District after 30 years of service.
She is survived by a brother Leslie Williams of Clearfield, a sister Gloria Fineburg (Bob) of Florida. Several Nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis McLaughlin, and infant child, and 3 brothers and 2 sisters.
At the request of Ethel there will be no public visitation or services. Interment will be held in the Hill Crest Cemetery.
