Obituary for Harry William Pepperman
Harry William Pepperman 83, of Woodland passed away Friday April 17, 2009 at the Dubois Regional Medical Center West.
Born September 3, 1925 in Williamsport, PA he was the adopted son of William and Edna Pepperman. He had worked for the PA Railroad and for AVCO/Textron in Lycoming, PA. He was a member of the Mason’s Noble Lodge in Williamsport where he joined in 1973, and a member of the Odd Fellows since 1943.

On December 16, 1989 in Quiggleville, PA he wed his current wife Geraldine Gill who survives along with 5 children: Carol Young and her husband John Jr. of Linden, PA, Connie Lippold and her husband Jerry of Texas, Donna Saar of Nisbet, PA, Kathy Rhyne and her husband George of Harrisburg, PA and William H. Pepperman and his wife Cindy of Linden, PA. 3 step children Marty Shields of OH, Amy Wood of Boyertown, PA, and Wendy Hand and her husband Dave of Mineral Springs.

Also surviving are 8 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren 6 great great grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 1 step great grandson. 3 brothers and sisters Beverly Stever of FL, Joyce Miller of Montoursville, PA, and John Shaffer of Sunbury, PA. 3 Step brothers and sisters Viola Bowden of N.C., Maxine Allen of Trout Run, PA, and Henry Pepperman of FL, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, first wife Ora Rosetta Stroup Pepperman, a brother Homer Barrett, and a sister Lois Weigle and step brothers Max and Carl Pepperman.

Funeral Services for Harry Pepperman will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Clearfield on Wednesday April 22, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Pastor Karen Allen officiating.

Friends will be received at the Funeral Home on Wednesday from 11:00 AM till the time of services at 1:00 PM.
