Helen L. Bonsall
Curwensville: Helen L. Bonsall, 101, of Grampian passed away Thursday November 13, 2025 at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born January 8, 1924 in Curwensville, she was the daughter of Harry P. and Marion E. (Kendall) Bachelier. She had worked for the War Department during WWII and was a homemaker.
She is survived by three children: Harry L. Bonsall (Janet) of Grampian, Michael J. Bonsall (Kimberly) of VA, and Samantha Bonsall Kresovich (Nick) of TX. Five grandchildren Harry L. Bonsall Jr., Shawn M. Bonsall (Kristina), Kendall L. Bonsall, Kaelynn N. Kresovich-LeValley (Zakk), and Nicholas J. Kresovich. Two great grandchildren Ethan M. Bonsall, and Lilly L. Bonsall.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Jack L Bonsall, a grandson Richard A. Bonsall, brothers and sisters Kathryn Peretti, Raymond Bachelier, Philip Bachelier, Rebecca Garner, Samuel Bachelier, and Janet Phillips.
Graveside services for Helen Bonsall will be held at Friends Cemetery Chapel on Wednesday November 19, 2025 at 11 AM with Pastor Stephen Shields officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society www.cancer.org.
