Obituary for Helen Leah Ardary
Helen Leah Ardary, 65, of Clearfield, passed away Sunday November 20, 2011 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born October 6, 1946 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of James Frederick and Eva Louise (Johnston) Decker. Mrs. Ardary had been employed by the former Howes Leather in the office, had worked at the Joseph and Elizabeth Shaw Public Library in Clearfield, and also had worked in Dr. Allenbaugh office. She was a graduate of Curwensville Area high School.
Surviving is a daughter Shelley Rinehart of DuBois, a granddaughter Keslie Rinehart of Altoona, a sister Vera Mink of Harrisburg, and 2 brothers George Decker and his wife Diane of Stronach and Fred Decker and his wife Nancy of St. Louis, IL.
Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews and her “Special Little Man” Dean Coudriet of Curwensville
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law Fred Mink.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Ardary will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Saturday November 26, 2011 at 1:00 PM, with Mr. Gary B. Jewart officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 AM until time of services.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Joseph and Elizabeth Shaw Public Library 1 S. Front St. Clearfield, PA 16830.
