Obituary for Janet Marie Mitchell
Janet Marie Mitchell, 66, of Hyde, passed away Tuesday January 16, 2017 at her residence.
Born April 19, 1951 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Guy and Catherine Elizabeth (Hudak) Rainey. She was a Certified Nurse’s Aide and had worked private duty and at the Clearfield Hospital as well as working at the Shaw Public Library in Clearfield. She enjoyed reading, crafting and crossword puzzles.
Surviving are 2 children Daniel Mitchell Jr. of Clearfield and Brenda Morgan of Stronach, 2 grandchildren Danelle Mitchell of Sparks, NV and Joshua Mitchell of Bainey Settlement, 2 brothers Guy Rainey Jr. of TX and George Rainey Sr. of Morrisdale and 5 Nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be no public visitation and private graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family in the Thompsontown Cemetery LaJose.
The family suggests contributions be made to either the Clearfield S.P.C.A 275 21st Street Clearfield, PA 16830 or PAWS of State College 1401 Trout Road State College, PA 16801
