Obituary for Joanne C. Kephart
Joanne Kephart, of Glen Richey, passed away Wednesday March 13, 2013 at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born in Glen Richey, she was the daughter of Edward and Mary (Rumsky) Kephart. She was first employed by the former Dufton/Delaney Hardware in Clearfield, then by Martell Glass in Hyde, and finally retired from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. She was a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville.

Surviving is a brother Ronald Kephart and wife Elizabeth of Olanta, a nephew Douglas Allen Kephart and wife Sue of Glen Richey, a niece Michelle Dawn Kephart of Erie, an Aunt Pearl Rumsky of Glen Richey, an Uncle John Rumsky of Clearfield, and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated at St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville on Saturday March 16, 2013 at 10:00 AM, with the Reverend Father Mark J. Mastrian as celebrant. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park of Hyde, PA.

Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Friday March 15 from 6 to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 until 9:30 AM, when the procession will depart for the church.

The Rosary will be recited by members of St. Timothy Altar and Rosary Society Friday at 5:30 PM and a Scripture Vigil Services will be conducted Friday at 7:45 PM both at the funeral home.
