John Clair Bailor, 53, of Curwensville, passed away Sunday afternoon, May 17, 2015 at his residence after a lengthy illness.

Born February 13, 1962 in Elizabeth, NJ, he was the son of James and Deloris (Rowles) Bailor. Mr. Bailor was a truck Driver having worked for London Trucking. He was a former member of the Rescue Hose and Ladder Co.

Surviving is his partner of 21 years Doreen (Price) Fox, a son and daughter, Brandy Hummel and husband Mark of Philipsburg and Austin Bailor of Curwensville, 2 grandchildren Caleb and Lexi Hummel, 2 sisters and a brother. Sandy Maines and husband Ron of Osceola Mills, James Bailor Jr. and wife Tammy and Patricia Boal both of Marion, NC.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Leslie R. Bailor Sr.

Funeral Services for John Bailor will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Wednesday May 20, 2015 at 1:00 PM, with the Reverend David Hamilton officiating. Interment will be in the Thompson Cemetery, Glen Richey.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Wednesday from 12 Noon until time of services at 1 PM.
