Kenneth Lee Erskine, 48, of Greenwood Township, Mahaffey, passed away Wednesday July 16, 2013.

Born September 25, 1965 in Clearfield, he was the son of Charles Erskine and Dorothy (Quinn) Wisor. Mr. Erskine had been employed by PennDOT for 16 years and is currently employed by Howell’s Paving. He enjoyed playing slow and fast pitch softball and also enjoyed dirt track racing both watching and participating.

On September 25, 1985 he wed the former Nancy Jean Johnston who survives along with his mother, a son Nick Erskine of Mahaffey, as well as 2 brothers and 2 sisters: Charles Erskine and wife Geri, Teresa Kyler and husband Rob, Douglas Erskine, and Peggy Erskine and companion Brad Warrick, all of Clearfield.

He was preceded in death by his father and numerous Aunts and Uncles.

Funeral Services for Mr. Erskine will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Monday July 21, 2014 at 2:00 PM, with Mr. Gary B. Jewart officiating.

Friends will be received at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00 AM until time of services at 2:00 PM
