Obituary for Kinley A. "Buzzy" Greendoner Jr.
Kinley A. “Buzzy” Greendoner Jr., 73 of Curwensville passed away Wednesday August 23, 2022 at Penn Highlands Dubois.
Born September 25, 1948 in Lock Haven he was the son of Kinley A and Betty L. Esenwine Greendoner Sr. He was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War.
He worked for Target Sportswear/Bayer Clothing for 36 years serving as warehouse manager for many of those years. He was a lifetime member of Rescue Hose and Ladder Company #8 where he was a past President.
He is survived by 4 daughters Doreen R. Hoover and her husband Michael of Curwensville, Joanne C. Greendoner of Clearfield, Jackie Allison and her husband Steven of Allport, and Amanda Royer of Madera. Grandchildren Autumn Hoover, Allison Hoover, Jonna Garcia and husband Nick, Sami Jo McGarry, Chyna Confer husband Mason, Sarah McGarry, Shianne Kephart husband William, Austin Sanders, Dakota Royer, Dylan Royer,and Alexis Royer. 7 great grandchildren, a sister Carol A. McGary husband Terry of Curwensville. 3 nieces Michelle Richardson, Jeanette McGarry, and Teri Jean Johnson. And a son in law William Bill Royer.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Services for Mr. Greendoner will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Saturday August 27, 2022 at 10 AM with Reverend Father Stephen Collins officiating. Interment will follow in the Bloomington Cemetery where military honors will be held by members of the Clearfield Honor Guard.
Family and Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Friday August 26, 2022 from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, and on Saturday from 9 AM till the time of services at 10 AM
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Orphans of the Storm, 412 Hill St. Curwensville, Pa 16833
