Marilyn J. Weber, 67, of Curwensville, passed away Friday September 6, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.

Born September 11, 1945 in Chestnut Grove, she was the daughter of James Harrison and Mildred Frances (Spencer) Mahlon. She was first employed by Kent’s Sportswear in Curwensville, and for the past 15 years was employed by Gardner’s Candies in DuBois.

Surviving are 3 children: Tammy McKenrick of Cincinnati, OH, Donna Guthrie and husband Rob of York, PA, and Thomas McKenrick and wife Amy of Penfield.

Also surviving are 3 grandchildren Tyler and Tobie McKenrick and Sophie Guthrie and 7 brothers and sisters. Richard Mahlon and wife Teresa of Woodland, Terry Mahlon and wife Laney and Vesta Haney both of Grampian, Craig Mahlon of Glen Hope, Carol Johnson of DuBois, Jackie Cramer and husband LeRoy of Luthersburg, and James Mahlon of Downingtown.

She was preceded in death by her parents and2 brothers William Pursley, and Thomas Mahlon.

At the request of Ms. Weber, there will be no public visitation and services will be held at the convenience of the family.
