Obituary for Mary Ferguson Loddo
Mary Ferguson Loddo, 92, of Curwensville, passed away Friday November 9, 2018 at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Curwensville.
Born August 20, 1926 in Curwensville, she was the daughter of Thomas C. and Estella B. (Brown) Grice. She was retired as a secretary in the Clearfield County Office of Adult Probation and also the front desk clerk at the former Holiday Inn in Clearfield. She retired in September of 1989.
She was a member of St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville where she was an active member of the Church’s Altar and Rosary Society and also was a Eucharistic Minister. She was also a member of the Susquehanna Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Surviving are two children: Sharon London and husband Paul of Curwensville and Christopher Loddo and wife Susan of Macedonia, OH. Also surviving are three grandchildren: Joe London and wife Tracy, Christine Bricker and husband Mark and Michele Loddo as well as five great grandchildren Ron and Jacob Bricker and Maranda, Alexa and Breanna Evans.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a grandson Thomas London. She was the last member of her generation.
Funeral Services for Mary F. Loddo will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Saturday April 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM with Reverend Father A. Stephen Collins officiating. Interment will be in the Oak Hill Cemetery, Curwensville, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:30 AM until 2:30 PM.
