Obituary for Mary Jane Nicholson
Mary Jane Nicholson, 73, of Curwensville, and formerly of Grampian and Hyde, passed away early Monday morning May 11, 2009 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center, West, after a lengthy illness. 
Born January 24, 1936 in Penn Township, she was the daughter of Clyde L. and LaRue (Beck) Nicholson. Miss Nicholson had been employed by Cameron Electronic in Reynoldsville, the former Shortway Products in Clearfield, and was retired from the former Berg Electronics in Clearfield. She was a member of the Curwensville Alliance Church where she participated in the Church Prayer Group.
 
Surviving is a sister Maude Johnson of Clearfield as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents, and 3 brothers Clyde Jr., Robert and Clarence Thomas Nicholson. A Memorial Service for Miss Nicholson will be held at the Curwensville Alliance Church on Thursday May 14, 2009 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Stephen Shields officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde, PA.
 
There will be no public visitation.
 
The family suggests contributions be made to the Curwensville Alliance Church.
