Obituary for Michael Harry Kritzer
Michael Harry Kritzer 52, of Olanta passed away Saturday December 12, 2015 in Olanta while hunting with friends.
Born January 19, 1963 in the Clearfield Hospital, he was the son of Richard and Mary Ann (Chesnoka) Kritzer. Mr. Kritzer was employed by the WalMart Distribution Center in Woodland for the past 23 years, and prior to that had been employed by the former Kents Sportswear for 12 years.
He was a member of the Olanta Lutheran Church in Olanta, was a life member of the National Rifle Association (NRA) and enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors.
On April 8, 1989 he wed the former Debra J. Snyder who survives along with his mother of Boardman, Olanta RD, a son Michael T. “Mikey” Kritzer of Warrenton, VA and a brother Richard “Dickey” Kritzer and wife Amanda of Grampian.
He was preceded in death by his father, an infant sister Sarah, and grandparents Mike and Grace Chesnoka and Harry and Chloe Kritzer.
Funeral Services for Michael Kritzer will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Wednesday December 16, 2015 at 11:00 AM, with Mr. Gary B. Jewart officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park in Hyde, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday December 15 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM and again on Wednesday from 10 AM until time of services at 11 AM.
