Norma G. Bumbarger
Curwensville: Norma G. Bumbarger, 88, of Curwensville passed away Friday August 1, 2025 at Ridgeview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born July 7, 1937 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of Harold and Rachel (Good) Kramer. She had worked at McGregor Sportswear, Ames Department Store, and retired from Bumbarger Auto Repair in Curwensville where she was the bookkeeper. She was affiliated with Curwensville Alliance Church in Curwensville.
She is survived by two sons Lance E. Bumbarger and fiancé Cherie Bloom of Curwensville, and Neil A. Bumbarger and his wife Stephanie of Olanta. Grandchildren David, Lorne, Taneil, Taylor, Tiara, Trey, and Tenleigh. And several Great Grandchilden.
On July 13, 1957 she wed Carl E. Bumbarger Jr. who preceded her in death on February 16, 2018. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter Gayle Ann Jacobs, grandson Eric Bumbarger, sister Gladys Ebaugh, and a brother Lyle Kramer.
At the request of Mrs. Bumbarger there will be no public viewing or services. Private funeral services will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville with Rev. Stephen Shields officiating. Interment will be held in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Clearfield County Public Library, 601 Beech Street, Curwensville, PA 16833.
