Obituary for Norman E. Knepp
Norman E. Knepp Jr. 64, of Curwensville passed away Tuesday February 8, 2011 at his residence.
Born November 20, 1946 in Clearfield he was the son of Norman E. and Letha Erma (Graham) Knepp Sr. He was a mechanic and also worked for Tafco and Global Glass of Curwensville. He was affiliated with the Curwensville United Methodist Church.
On July 15, 1967 in Bigler, PA he wed Joan Maines who survives along with 3 children Barbara Lynn Cathcart and her husband Max “Mike” of Curwensville, Norman E. Knepp III and his wife Connie of Clearfield, and Thomas P. Knepp of Curwensville. 3 grandchildren Chasity Cathcart of Curwensville, Destiny Knepp and Logan Knepp both of Clearfield. 9 brothers and sisters William “Bill Knepp and his wife Leenora of Clearfield, Jack Knepp and his wife Jane, Merlin Knepp and his wife Darlene all of Florida, Chuck Knepp Sr., Elsie Jury and her husband John, Donald Knepp and Elanie Shaw all of Clearfield, Ronald Knepp and his wife Marion of Grampian and Ellen Fleming and her husband Edward of Croft.
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister Patricia Knepp.
Services for Mr. Knepp will be held at The Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Thursday February 10, 2011 at 2PM with Reverend Dr. Robert S. Ludrowsky officiating.
Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Hone, Inc. of Curwensville on Thursday February 8, 2011 from 12 noon till the time of services at 2 PM.
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Curwensville United Methodist Church, Church Window Fund, 602 State St. Curwensville, PA 16833.
