Curwensville: Patricia Ann “Patty” Neeper, 61, of Curwensville, passed away Sunday morning March 1, 2009 at her residence after a lengthy illness.
Born September 29, 1947 at the Clearfield Hospital, she was the daughter of Andrew Addison and Ora Grace (Shaffer) McCall. She was a member of St. Paul’s United Methodist Church in Grampian, and had been employed as a secretary for the former Shaner Energy in Hyde.
On August 10, 1968 in Grampian, she wed Wayne C. Neeper who survives along with 3 daughters. Michelle Janidlo and husband R. Jeffery of Mountville, PA, Annette Prisk and husband Kenneth Jr. of Curwensville, and Sonya Giuffre and husband Justin of Johnstown.
Also surviving are 3 grandchildren, 5 sisters and a brother. Betty Butler and husband Roy, Helen Butler and husband Ron, Gail Bonsall, Judy Freeman and husband Bill, and George A. McCall and wife Linda, all of Grampian, and Sonya Barr and husband Tom of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Services for Mrs. Neeper, will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville, on Wednesday March 4, 2009 at 11:00 AM, with Pastor Rick Butler officiating. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park, Hyde, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday March 3 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM, and Wednesday from 9 AM until time of services.
The family suggests contributions be made to the Clearfield Foundation for Health – Hospice.
