Obituary for Perry Rowles
Perry Rowles, 70 of Olanta passed away Wednesday January 5, 2011 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born March 30, 1940 in Pike Twp. He was the son of Frank and Sara Elsie (Kline) Rowles. Â He served in the U.S. Army Reserves. He was previously employed at Smith Furniture and was a self employed Farmer and Logger.
On June 27, 1970 he wed June Rowles who survives of Curwensville, 2 daughters Michelle Reeder and her husband Fred of Lock Haven, and Kimberly Peterson and her husband Ron Jr. of Curwensville. 6 grandchildren, a sister Lelia Rowles of Olanta, and a brother Raymond Rowles and his wife Mary of Brockway.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers LeRoy and Bruce Rowles, and 3 sisters Catherine Gearhart, Dorothy Rowles, and Alberta Nelson
At the request of Mr. Rowles there will be no public viewing.
A public Memorial Service will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville on Sunday January 9, 2011 at 2 PM with Reverend Stephen Shields officiating.Â
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home on Sunday from 1-2 PM.
