Obituary for Randall Stewart Bloom
Randall Stewart Bloom, 62, of Curwensville, passed away Monday December 9, 2013 at his residence after a lengthy illness.
Born August 23, 1951 in Clearfield, he was the son of Stewart G. “Pete” and Georgia B. (McGarvey) Bloom. Mr. Bloom was a heavy equipment operator having last worked for Waroquier Coal Company. He was a U S Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and was a member of the Curwensville VFW Post 842 and Curwensville American Legion Post #505.
Surviving are 3 siblings Joan Ullery and Lynn Bloom Sr. both of Curwensville and Dottie Redden and husband Gerald of Mahaffey as well as several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
At the request of Mr. Bloom there will be no public visitation and private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family with the Reverend Howard Lindsey officiating. Interment will be in the Bloomington Cemetery.
