Richard Dotts. 66, of Curwensville, passed away Saturday August 8, 2015 at the Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital.

Born June 15, 1949 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of Lemoyne and Thelma (Round) Dotts. Mr. Dotts was retired from the Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital having worked in the custodial/maintenance departments. He was a U S Army Veteran of the Vietnam War and a member of the Curwensville First Baptist Church.

Surviving are 2 sisters Gloria Barrett and husband John of Flinton and Patricia Whitaker of Clearfield. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 5 brothers Milford, Samuel, Dennis, Timothy, and David Dotts.

Graveside Committal Services for Mr. Dotts will be held in the Chapel at Bloomington Cemetery on Wednesday August 12, 2015 at 1:00 PM with the Reverend Daniel Osterhout officiating. Interment will follow in the cemetery.

At the request of Mr. Dotts, there will be no public visitation.
