Obituary for Robert Daniel Ingram Sr.
Robert Daniel Ingram Sr., 84, of Curwensville, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2016 at Penn Highlands Clearfield Hospital.

Born August 22, 1931 in Emporium, PA, he was the son of Daniel and Ethel (Bell) Ingram. He had been employed as a quality control engineer for GTE-Sylvania-Verizon retiring in 1989. After retiring he had worked as a consultant for the company.

He was a United States Naval Veteran of the Korean War, was a 63 year member and Past Master of Emporium Lodge #382 F. & A. M., the Coudersport Consistory, and the Jaffa Shrine in Altoona. He also served as the Dad Advisor for the Clearfield Chapter of DeMolay and on September 16, 1996 in Erie, PA he was inducted into the DeMolay Legion of Honor. He was a member of the Curwensville United Methodist Church.

On February 15, 1958 in Reynoldsville, PA, he wed the former Betty Jane Pearce who survives along with 3 children: Paula (Ingram) Eshelman and husband Robert, Robert D. Ingram Jr. and wife Tammy and Rodney D. Ingram and fiancée’ Toni Catalano all of Curwensville and 4 grandchildren: Charleigh Lynne, Bailey Danielle, Raven Chyanne and Augustus Oakley Ingram as well as 2 sisters Ruth Nolan Owego, NY and Helen Miller of Rebersburg, PA.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral Services for Mr. Ingram will be held at the Curwensville United Methodist Church 602 State Street Curwensville, PA 16833 on Saturday January 16, 2016 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Dr. Robert S. Ludrowsky officiating.Â

Friends will be received at the church on Saturday from 10 AM until time of services.
