Obituary for Rosalee Irene Hullihen
Rosalee Irene Hullihen, 69, of New Millport, passed away Sunday May 3, 2015 at the Penn Highlands DuBois Hospital.
Born May 8, 1945 in Chestnut Grove, she was the daughter of Clifford and Fay (Hartzfeld) Welder. Mrs. Hullihen was a homemaker and had also worked for a short time at the former Kent’s Sportswear in Curwensville.
Rosalee had wed Paul D. Hullihen who preceded her in death on November 5, 2007. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers Leroy “Jake” and Rich Welder, and a sister Ruby Welder.
Surviving are 3 sons, Duane Hullihen, Clifford Hullihen, and John Hullihen and wife Kathy all of New Millport, 2 grandaughters Katelyn and Hannah Hullihen of New Millport, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Shirley Joiner and husband Jim of DuBois, Mary Welder and Clifford “Martin” Welder and wife Ruth both of Grampian, and Clair Welder and wife Viola of Philipsburg.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Hullihen will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville, on Wednesday May 6, 2015 at 2:30 PM, with the Reverend Charles M. Lee Jr. officiating. Interment will be in the Fruit Hill Cemetery, New Millport, PA.
Friends and family will be received at the funeral home on Tuesday May 5 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, and again on Wednesday from 1 PM until time of services.
