Obituary for Sana Jane Ashton
Sana Jane Ashton 68, of Morrisdale passed away Sunday June 29, 2014 at her residence.
 
Born February 22, 1946 in Philipsburg, she was the daughter of William Clifford and Betty Jane (Trude) Smeal.  Mrs. Ashton was a homemaker.
 
She is survived by her husband William (Bill) Ashton, two daughters; Denise McGarry &  husband Wade and Nicole Gater &  husband Kenand two grandchildren Brezlyn McGarry & William Gater.
 
Also surviving is a brother Ron Smeal & wife Arlene and a sister Floss (Smeal) Preece & companion Mitch Hubler. In addition there are many nieces & nephews also surviving.
 
She was preceded in death by her parents.
 
A memorial service will be held at the United Methodist Church in Morrisdale on Saturday July 12th at 11am. To attend,  please R.S.V.P. by Sunday July 6th to 577-5973.
 
Sana Jane was a compassionate person who loved animals, so the family requests that donations be made to the Clearfield County SPCA 275 21st Street Clearfield, PA 16830.
