Sherrie Michelle Pierce, 30, of Olanta, passed away Tuesday Morning, July 28, 2009 at the UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA
Born October 14, 1978 in Clearfield, she was the daughter of Nelson Bloom and Earla (Bingaman) Shiffer. Mrs. Pierce had worked for Appalachian Wood Products in Clearfield, and also was a homemaker. She was a member of the Community Baptist Church, Bloomington, Curwensville RD.
On December 29, 1999 in Clearfield, she wed Brian D. Pierce who survives along with her mother of Curwensville, and three children. Mackenzie Elizabeth Pierce, Braxten Nelson Pierce, and Cayden Wesley Pierce all at home. Also surviving is a brother Brandon Bloom of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her father.
A Memorial Service for Mrs. Pierce will be held at the Community Baptist Church of Curwensville on Saturday August 1, 2009 at 1:00 PM with Reverend Todd Hogue officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
