Obituary for Susan Darlene Creek
Susan Darlene Creek 68, of Woodland passed away Thursday July 18, 2013 at her residence.
 
Born February 5, 1945 in Indiana County, she was the daughter of Lloyd and Velma (Lee) Bartlebaugh.  She was Baptist by faith. She had worked as a caregiver/nurses aide for Greensburg Care Center for over 20 years.
 
She is survived by 6 children Suzi Holes and her husband Austin of Woodland, Leo Nelson Creek Jr. of Zebulon, NC, Edward Creek of Windburn, PA, Billy Joe Creek and his wife Amanda of Curwensville, Vikki Evans and her husband Kenneth of Zebulon, NC, and Angelia Hale and her husband Randy of Dubois. 17 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.  3 brothers Pete, Norman, and David Bartlebaugh.
 
She was preceded in death by her husband Leo N. Creek, parents, 2 sons Jamie Lee Creek and David Allen Creek, 2 brothers Richard and Joseph Bartlebaugh, 2 sistrs Shirley Lee, and Dolly Keener. Also her companion Wayne Trout.
 
Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the family at Bradford Cemetery. There will be no public services or viewing.
 
The Family suggests memorial contributions be made to The American Cancer Society.
