Dubois: Tammy Lynn Bennett 50, of Grampian passed away Monday July 21, 2014 at Penn Highlands Dubois.
 
Born June 13, 1964 in Clearfield she was the daughter of Henry LeRoy and Frances Jane (Shields) Bennett.  She was Christian by faith.  She had been employed at Dubois Regional Medical Center as an Registered Nurse where she worked in the Rehabilitation Department, and was currently employed as an RN with Vantage Health Care Network. She was a member of the Curwensville Moose Lodge # 268.
 
On January 9, 1993 in Grampian she wed Thomas P. Leonard who survives of Grampian along with 2 children Kyle Paul Leonard of Reynoldsville, and Tashawna Nicolle Leonard and her Fiancee’ Steven Phillips of Grampian. And her parents Henry and Frances Bennett of Marion Center.
 
Funeral Services for Mrs. Bennett will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy  Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Friday July 25, 2014 at 11:00 AM with Reverend Stephen Shields officiating. Interment will follow in the Wood Cemetery in Grampian. 
 
Friends will be received at the Funeral Home on Thursday July 24, 2014 from 6-9 PM and on Friday from 10 AM till the time of services at 11 AM.
