Obituary for Arthur Austin Haney
Arthur A. Haney, 71, of Curwensville, passed away Wednesday evening October 26, 2011 at the Clearfield Hospital.
Born July 4, 1940 in Clearfield, he was the son of Homer Austin and Maude (Lumadue) Haney. Mr. Haney was retired from Polymer Plastics in Leola, PA.
Surviving are 4 children: Bonnie Caldwell and husband Kent of Curwensville, Brenda Peterson and husband Russ, Bill Haney and wife Cary and Barbara Haney all of Clearfield. Also surviving are 4 grandchildren Chris Peterson, Dustin Caldwell, Ryan Caldwell and Kenndra McKendrick, a brother Homer Haney of Leola, PA and also his former wife of 28 years the former Janet (Keith).
He was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister.
Funeral Services for Mr. Haney will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Saturday October 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Todd T. Hogue officiating. Interment will be in the Bradford Cemetery Woodland, PA.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday October 28 from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 PM, and Saturday from 10 AM until time of services.
