Mary Louise “Mary Lou” Cribbs
Clearfield: Mary L. Cribbs 74 of Curwensville passed away Tuesday January 23, 2024 at the home of her daughter after a brief illness.
Born December 19, 1949 in Coalport she was the daughter of Robert and Joanne (Jasper) Wills. She was a homemaker.
She delighted in the excitement of attending lively bingo sessions and sharing her culinary creations with cherished family and friends. As an enthusiastic fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, she reveled in the spirit of the game. She treasured the presence of all her friends, finding joy in their company. However, her heart overflowed with pure bliss when she had the privilege of attending her beloved grandchildren’s activities, witnessing their growth and accomplishments firsthand
She is survived by her mother Joanne Wills of Curwensville, seven children Todd Cribbs (Holly) of Martinsburg, PA, Travis Cribbs fiancée Misse Bloom of Grampian, Troy Cribbs of Fredrickstown, MI, Deann Kostyak (Brian) of Clearfield, Dawn Newman (Shaun) Woodbridge, VA, Tait Cribbs of South Heart, ND, and Tyler Cribbs of Clearfield. 10 grandchildren Taylor Cribbs, Cierra Pruitt (Dylan), Breonna Cribbs, Ty Magnuson, Joselyn Lobato (Anthony), Janelle Coulter, Jasmyn Newman, Jaylen Newman, Trey Cribbs, Karlly Cribbs. 5 great grandchildren Maddox, Maverick, Magnolia, Meadow, Kaiah. 2 brothers and a sister Robert “Bobby” Wills (JoAnn), Rick Wills (Pam) all of Curwensville, and Melissa Eiler (Brent) of Maryland.
She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Wills, and a beloved brother Dennis Wills.
There will be no public viewing or services. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Curwensville Food Pantry C/O Community Action 214 E. Cherry Street Clearfield, PA 16830.
