Obituary for Aliced J. Clark
Alice J. Clark, 80, of Newark, DE, and formerly of Kellytown, Olanta RD, passed away Friday November 2, 2018 at the home of her daughter Gail, after a lengthy illness.
Born October 5, 1938 in Curwensville, she was the daughter of Atlee and Verda (Robbins) Peoples. Mrs. Clark was a homemaker and was a participate in the Foster Parent Program.
In January of 1958, she wed Roy Dean Clark who preceded her in death on April 15, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a son Roy Dean Clark Jr., a son-in-law Jeff Suchaneck, 4 sisters Lucille, Emma, Geraldine and Eleanor “Toots” and 4 brothers Harold, Wesley “Bud”, Jerry and James.
Surviving are 3 children: Ricky L. Clark and wife Lorrie of Grampian, Gail Patton and husband Robert of Newark, DE and Betsy Clark of Clearfield and 2 foster children August Lynn Boal of Grampian and Bobbie Sue Boal of Olanta.
Also surviving are 11 grandchildren: Jared, Jordan, Renee, Chrissy, Travis, Ricky, Adam, Courtney, Brianna, Robbie and Corey, 11 great grandchildren
and three sisters Mary Ann Elensky of Bloomington, Ellen Haddow of AZ and Gloria Tripp of Curwensville.
There will be no public visitation.
Funeral Services will be held at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc. of Curwensville on Saturday November 10, 2018 at 11:00 AM, with the Reverend Daniel Osterhout officiating. Interment will be in the Mt. Zion Cemetery in Olanta.
