Obituary for Harry Lee Mahlon
Harry Lee Mahlon, 66, of Grampian, passed away Tuesday March 15, 2022 at UPMC Montefiore Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Born December 4, 1955 in Clearfield, PA, he was the son of Charles H. and Lenora C. “Nora” (Freedline) Mahlon. Mr. Mahlon was a retired Dairy Farmer, was a member of the Greenville Church of the Brethren where he had taught Sunday School, was a member of the Pennsylvania Farm Bureau, and had participated in the Grampian Homecoming Celebration.
On October 7, 1995 in the Greenville Church of the Brethren, he wed the former Mary Jane Walburn who survives along with three daughters: Amy Godin and husband Thomas of Allport, Pam Striker and husband Michael of Warren, and Christina Barnett and husband James of Brookville.
Also surviving are nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, a brother and two sisters: Arthur E. Mahlon and wife Mary L. of Clearfield, Blanche M. Cupp of Fredonia, NY, and Joyce A. Freyer and husband Earl of Curwensville as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers Clair David and Paul Mahlon.
At the request of Mr. Mahlon there will be no public visitation. Private Funeral Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
