Obituary for Harry M. Donner
Harry M. Donner, 87, of Clearfield, passed away Wednesday February 27, 2013 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center.

Born March 20, 1925 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Reese and Mildred (Moniger) Donner. Mr. Donner was first self-employed, having owned the former Hannums Auto Parts in Clearfield, and then was a salesperson for Lock Haven Warehouse Auto Parts until his retirement. He was an avid golfer and a member of the Clearfield-Curwensville Country Club.

On March 5, 1951 he wed the former Rosemary C. Welker who preceded him in death on April 30, 2006. He was also preceded in death by his parents, a sister Betty Donner, and brothers Joseph, Ted, and Bill Donner.

Surviving is a daughter Jo Anne Thompson and her husband Matthew of Clearfield, a brother Jerome Donner and wife Inie of Annapolis, MD, and several nieces and nephews.

At the request of Mr. Donner there will be no public visitation and funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in the Crown Crest Memorial Park in Hyde.

The family suggests contributions be made to the Clearfield Foundation for Health – Hospice P.O. Box 992 Clearfield, PA 16833.
