Obituary for Kathie D. Thorp
Kathie D. Thorp, 56, of Reynoldsville, passed away Wednesday February 29, 2012 at the DuBois Regional Medical Center. Born April 8, 1955 in Clearfield, PA she was the daughter of William T. and Joan (Neeper) Thorp. She was affiliated with the West Branch Meeting Religious Society of Friends in Grampian. She had previously worked for Goodwill Industries. She is survived by her father, step mother Mary Thorp both of Grampian, 4 brothers James Thorp and his wife Tracy of Curwensville, Chris Thorp and his wife Paula, Gary Thorp and his wife Shirley all of Grampian, and Ron Thorp and his wife Lisa of Clearfield. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her Mother and a Brother Randy Thorp. There will be no public visitation or services. Graveside services will be held at the convenience of the family at Friends Cemetery, Grampian PA. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to The West Branch Meeting Religious Society of Friends, Grampian PA 16838
