Sara S. Errigo
Florida: Sara “Sally” Errigo 101, of Hudson, Florida and formerly of Curwensville passed away Wednesday March 8, 2023 at Solaris Long Term Healthcare after a lengthy illness.
Born September 15, 1921 in Clearfield, she was the Daughter of Francis and Carolyn (Graham) Shillenn. She was a Registered Nurse, graduating Clearfield Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1941.
She was affiliated with St. Timothy’s R.C.C. of Curwensville where she was the long time Organist, she was also a member of St. Timothy Altar and Rosary Society. Also a member of the Clearfield Curwensville Country Club.
She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Thomas Brown and her second husband Harold Errigo. A son Thomas Brown, daughter Nancy Morgan, 3 brothers John, Robert and Francis Shillenn.
She is survived by her daughter Carolyn M. (Errigo) O’Connor (Dennis O’Connor) of Hudson FL. a granddaughter Michele Morgan Chronister, and a grandson John M. Morgan. 7 great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian burial will be said at the St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Curwensville, on Saturday March 25, 2023 at 10:30 AM with Father Drew Morgan as celebrant. Interment will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery.
Family and Friends will be received at the Chester C. Chidboy Funeral Home, Inc of Curwensville, on Friday March 24, 2023 from 5-7 PM. And on Saturday from 9-10 AM.
The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the March of Dimes www.marchofdimes.org, and St. Jude Children’s Hospital www.stjude.org
