Obituary for William Otis "Pood" Clyde
William Otis “Pood” Clyde, 59, of Curry Run, Mahaffey, passed away early Friday morning July 2, 2021 at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born January 9, 1962 in Clearfield, he was the son of Theodore and Nellie (Lines) Clyde. Mr. Clyde had been an auto body technician for Hugill Sales and Service and had also worked for Hallstrom Construction.

On February 16, 2007 in Houtzdale, he wed Mary M. Rowles who survives along with two children: Joseph and wife Alyssa of West Decatur and Jason and wife Stephanie of Curwensville, a special nephew Cody and wife Nikki and their children Adessa Rae and Brinley Lynn, a brother Theodore “Ted” Clyde and wife Pam of Mahaffey and a sister Nancy Engle of Bells Landing as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Carol Spencer.

There will be no public visitation.

A Celebration of Life Party will be held on Saturday July 10, 2021 at 11:00 AM at his residence located at 43 Curry Run Road Mahaffey, PA 15757. All family and friends are welcomed.

The family suggests memorial contributions be made to: Orphans of the Storm * 412 Hill Street * Curwensville, PA 16833
